While the origin of our name is a simple play on words (it all started with spring rolls folks,) the deeper meaning goes far beyond a pun and in fact, has become our guiding principle. As a small business in a rural community, our mission is to be a role model within it. Everything we do--how we source ingredients to create beautiful and healthy food for you, our beloved customers, how we build relationships with local farmers and other small businesses, and how we show up in and for our community, is shaped by that mission.

As we head toward the 2025 season, we are thrilled to add a third reason that Roll Model is the perfect name for us; WE'RE GETTING WHEELS! That's right friends, starting Memorial Day Weekend you'll find us in our bright green trailer in and around Frankfort 4-5 days a week slinging all your favorite Roll Model foods along with some new options we think you're going to dig! Everything will be made to order which means YOU decide what goes in your rolls and bowls. We'll be working with several local farms to bring you delicious, heart centered, artful cuisine and as always everything will be vegan and gluten free.
